Summary:
These are what I found in the evening. There are two books and five papers. They are all related to finite mixture models. Some tell the theoretical part. Some tell the applications. I hope they will be helpful for my research and I will read them at the weekend.
I am trying to apply the methods to predict NMR T2 distribution now. But I have not found the best way to divide NMR T2 distribution to normal distributions. I will try to find it ASAP.
Tomorrow, I will read these books and papers carefully.
Dividing NMR distribution means ... trying to find the best combination of probability distribution functions that can represent the overall t2 distribution
ReplyDeleteHao Li divided NMR T2 into individual fluid components. You do not need to do that.
I think your focus related to NMR T2 quantification can be either of the following two methods ---
1. Find combination of probability distribution functions or any other analytical functions to describe the Measured T2 distribution...
2. The other thing that can be done is to sample the T2 distribution at certain T2 and try to predict the NMR T2 distribution at those sampled time intervals.
I think the first one may be better because there are about 60 data on one depth and they are too many to predict.

ReplyDeleteYes, I will look into it more.
